Real Housewives of Abuja premieres Feb 17 – MultiChoice. The Real Housewives of Abuja (RHOAbuja), a new television series from MultiChoice, a major entertainment corporation, is scheduled to debut exclusively on Showmax on February 17 with new episodes airing every Friday.

The series is the seventh iteration of the popular format in Africa, according to Dr. Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of Content for West Africa Channels at MultiChoice.

Tejumola stated that RHOAbuja would be available in more than 40 African nations and that the new series was created by Delmedia Productions.

Tejumola said that we are thrilled to bring The Real Housewives of Abuja (RHOAbuja) to the influential metropolis of Abuja.

We pride ourselves on telling local stories, therefore we’re happy to work with NBCUniversal Formats to expand the brand to a second Nigerian city.

“The new series will depict the opulent lifestyles of six powerful and prosperous women in Abuja.

Arafa, Comfort Booth, OJ Posharella, Princess Jecoco, Samantha Homossany, and Tutupie are among the ladies, according to her, “as they negotiate their lavish lives, relationships, families, and enterprises inside the mighty metropolis of Abuja and beyond.”

The women will give viewers a unique look into their glamorous and opulent lives, Tejumola claimed in a statement.

The new series, she claimed, will be entertaining while highlighting the trendiest and most fascinating social scenes from all around the city and giving viewers unique access to the ultra-rich.

She claims that the program would examine Abuja’s power and influence via the perspectives of five amazing women, who are both distinctive and incredibly amusing.

“We are happy and certain that the audience will like what they see.

The Real Housewives of Lagos, which smashed the Showmax first-day streaming record in Nigeria, served as the foundation for the success of RHOAbuja.

It was among the top 10 shows that Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa watched on Showmax in 2022.

She said that Showmax is also the location of the franchise’s branches in Johannesburg, Durban, and Dubai. (NAN)
