Lerato Mvelase has revealed that she would play the lead in the King Shaka series on Showtime.
The celebrity announced the information on Instagram.
Mvelase will play Mkabayi, the father of Shaka’s older sister.
The entire South African portion of the American adaptation of the Zulu King’s life will premiere on a US television network in 2023.
