Youths have been cautioned by Innocent Masuku not to become drug addicts.
In honor of Youth Month, the celebrity spoke candidly about his drug use and regrets on the EFF’s Twitter page.
In the video, Innocent talked about how he was one of the “fortunate few to have lived” and how drugs cost him a lot of opportunities.
Be mindful of the decisions you make, he said. Amazingly, time goes by quickly. Your decisions might sometimes cost you a lot of opportunities. I entered the acting business when… I regret missing so many opportunities because I gave in to temptation and became involved with drugs. I lost a lot of wonderful pals.
The actor expressed his gratitude for a second chance to overcome his addiction and expressed hope that the young person could also.
Innocent Masuku, an actor and musician, gained notoriety when he was cast as Bobo in the South African teen drama series “Yizo Yizo.”
Since then, he has grown to be a fan favorite and a breath of fresh air in the business.
