Ama Qamata used her social media accounts to say goodbye to the Gomora award-winning Mzansi Magic program. Buhle Ndaba’s star, who played her, has been with the program for two years, but tragically, her career is over.
Her character was killed after accepting a ride from an unknown person and perished. Qamata uploaded a video of herself on set on her final day to Instagram.
She is seen in the video breaking down as the actors and crew say her farewell. She included a heartfelt caption to go with the video.

I’ll keep it short and sweet, thanks Gomora. Being on the show has been an amazing honor and pleasure. It was a once-in-a-lifetime chance, and I feel so lucky to have had the chance to share it with you guys. She extended her gratitude to the South Africans on the cast and crew.
